About MapleRidge Trail Maps

MapleRidge Solutions maps are compiled by the owner, Angus McCusker, using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Angus graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in geology. In additon to his mapping ventures with MapleRidge, Angus also works for the State of Vermont Enhanced 911 board as a GIS Technician. Read more about Angus in the Vermont Sports March 2007 issue.

Have you ever found yourself in the woods or on the road using a map to navigate only to find out that the map is simply flat out wrong? Perhaps the map just doesn't give you enough information. Yeah, we know how that feels. It is certainly very frustrating and can even jeopardize your plans. At MapleRidge maps, our field testers help us minimize the chances of this happening by actually using the maps and returning with feedback and knowledge from their adventures. This is one of the many methods used by MapleRidge maps to maintain quality, accurate and up-to-date maps.
